Born in 1981 in Yerevan, Armenia.
Hayk Mkhitaryan is the son of the famous artist Mamikon Mkhitaryan who has been a great master of metal design.
Hayk is graduated from the Institute of Theater and Cinematography as a stage designer.
He continued his father’s path in mastering the metal design art, and he is now one of the widely- recognized artists of his generation.
Hayk Mkhitaryan’s masterpieces ( silver pitchers, bronze sculptures, copper jugs, etc.) are displayed in Armenia and abroad. Some of his artworks were among the valuable gifts given by the Armenian government to foreign presidents, among them V. Putin, Jacques Chirac, Ahmadinejad, and many others.
